Wise Repurpose Journal: A Friendly Budget to My Own Home Therapy
I’ve decided to embark on a journey of calmness, warmth, and beauty through small, simple things. I’m Silvia, a 54-year-old woman, a mother, a grandmother, an exhausted teacher (rs), living in a major city – São Paulo, in Brazil. The kids are gone; now it’s just my husband and me (how delicious!). However, at some point in my life, my body, mind, and emotions began to warn me that I needed to take care of myself. I chose not to listen to those warnings. Suddenly, I was forced to stop. It’s been months since this breakdown, and I still need to remind myself – breathe, Silvia… give yourself space and time to sleep, to feel comfortable at home with your loved ones, to be surrounded by beauty. Does that involve expensive things? Lots of things? No, not necessarily! Please, remember: I’m a teacher in Brazil. The most precious thing I’d like to share with you now is that everything will depend on your own path, your own story, and what your heart will tell you. I’m here with just my open heart to welcome you! Will you join me?
